To that end, Users of the aforementioned Website (hereinafter, “Users”) are hereby informed that this Privacy Policy applies not only to the data that they provide in the registration form included on the web page, but also to all the information that the Users provide to Gemini to procure the products and services offered through www.geminicollections.com.

For the purposes of the Spanish Data Protection Act (Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal, hereinafter “LOPD”), as well as Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, approving the regulations implementing the LOPD, we hereby inform Users that the personal data they provide to us though any form on this website as well as any they provide to us in the future shall be incorporated into a data file owned by Gemini and maintained under its responsibility. The purpose of that file is to manage the relationship of Gemini with the Users of the website and provide them with the requested information, as well as to keep them informed about our or third-party products, offers and promotions that may be of interest to them, using for this the email address or other contact data provided by the Users in the corresponding registration form, via any means of communication including, but not limited to, sending commercial messages via SMS, email and the postal service.
