Gemini Recoveries & Collections is a member of Angeco, the National Association of Debt Recovery Entities, official trade association of collections sector in Spain, part of Spanish Confederation of Business Organisations (CEOE).

We have obtained the UNE-ISO/IEC 27001:2014 certification in information security awarded by AENOR (Asociación Española de Normalización y Certificación), the Spanish association for standardisation and certification, after passing an exhaustive auditing process involving all our information management systems and processes that cover all our business operations and customer relations. The audit was completed by an independent, external consulting firm.

Likewise all Gemini’s internal and client procedures are certified by AENOR with standard certification UNE-EN ISO 9001:2008 of Quality Management proving its capacity for providing coherently products and services that satisfy client requirements and applicable regulations.
